04-10-05 - Hey you guys, gals and virtual pets all alike! Is it October already? It's Halloween soon, *insert spooky roar here* ;) *wink* and for the first time I won't be at my home. I shall be on holiday from the 21st October - 4th November in Florida and I can't wait. Here in England we don't do anything for Halloween but apparently Americans go all out on Halloween and so being in the Disney parks it will be so much fun!! I am still deciding which tama's to take with me.. My friend online who is also a fan of tamas says its best not to take any at all and to have a nice break from them but I would be wanting them the whole time so I need to take at least one.. So far I have narrowed it down to my baby blue version 1, my silver version 2, and my transparent orange version 2. :) I may just take all 3, but I was hoping to take just 2.

I plan on buying at least 4 tamagotchi's in Florida! Wanna know why? Of course! Well over here in England UK Tamagotchi's cost £13 which is around $23 American dollars... Well I looked it up on some American toy websites and tamas for them are around $14 which is only a matter of £7 pounds! *GASP* It's basically half price!

Well I best actually talk some Tamagotchi in this log, or maybe we can all sit here and think about my lovely holiday! As much of a lovely thought that is, I will continue.. ;)

I am actually quite disappointed with my tamas turn outs these past few days. :( I planned to get certain characters and got the complete opposites. :p I can't find a Version 2 growth chart which is actually accurate yet, and just when I thought I had. :o

I'll start with my transparent orange version 2, Hinatchi was all planned in my last couple logs to turn into Debatchi by mis-treating him correctly.. Well what went wrong?? :( 2 days back when I got home from college I un paused all of my tama's knowing that that was the day I would see Debatchi appear on the screen any moment! I heard the noise and cautiously watched the screen as Zuccitchi appeared! :O I am not that disappointed but when my heart was set for Debatchi it was a let down, but I do love Zuccitchi. I never use to get him on the old tama's, only rarely. I think I know where I went wrong though. Since Debatchi is the unhealthiest character I only fed him snacks but I did discipline and praise him when he needed it so maybe that’s where I went wrong. :) So currently he is 4 years old, 99 lb's and fully trained. :) I need to work down his weight!

Also, as I un paused my baby blue version 1, Hanatchi momentarily beeped as I predicted and Mrs. Busybody appeared.. I was thinking as she was in screen if I would breed him so soon but as I clicked to see who it was, it was Mimitchi!!! How could I not have said yes to that eh??!! So they began their mating dance, hehe and a baby girl appeared on screen! I was really hoping for a boy really, since I love oldman-Mimitchi from my first time round. Oldwoman-Mimitchi wouldn’t quite be the same! I am hoping to get a Mimitchi this time around. I believe it’s tonight at 12am that Hanatchi will leave. He’s currently 16 years of age! :O

On my Grey version 2 tama, Pochitchi is still on my tama at the age of 7. I have been linking both Pochitchi and Zuccitchi together since he changed and even used the love potion which cost me 3000p to make them fall in love, but still no sign of any babies. I am trying to breed them together rather than with Mrs.Busybody’s pets. Funnily enough about an hour ago Mrs.Busybody appeared on my grey tama and I almost agreed until I remembered I was currently trying to breed both tama’s at the same time. :O I’ll keep trying to link them though, something has to happen eventually, right?? *smirks*

On my American white with cereal markings version 2 Connection… (Could I have made that name any longer?) ;) Anyway today when I got home from college I knew that within a minute after un pausing him he would change into adult stage! I didn’t have any pets in mind that I was expecting to show up, so why was I slightly disappointed? As the screen flashed Oniotchi changed into Kuchipatchi! It’s not so much I am sad to see him, but I want to experience some of the new characters, but all the same I am welcoming him to the gang whole heartedly! :) He is currently 4 years of age and 33 lbs. Apparently from the growth chart it is the 2 nd most healthy character from Oniotchi. I was feeding him snacks and games in between so try even it out to a average character somewhere.

Something else I have noticed which I didn’t on the old p1 and p2 tama’s is that when they went to sleep it didn’t count as the aging progress. But with Connexions aging goes much slower if you pause your tama’s whilst you’re sleeping. A few times I have paused my tamas when I went to sleep incase I went to college the next morning and forgot to pause them and I found that it really makes their age drag!

*Links orange and grey tama in hopes that they breed* DOH, Pochitchi gave Zuccitchi a piece of cake! *steals a taste of the icing* Mmm!!
